Job Description

PPC Specialist

Join a dynamic digital marketing environment where data-driven strategies and creative thinking come together to deliver measurable business growth. As a PPC Specialist, you will manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across search engines and social media platforms to drive qualified traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions. You will take ownership of campaign planning, execution, performance analysis, and budget management while continuously improving return on investment. Working closely with performance marketers, content creators, analytics specialists, and web teams, you will help align paid media initiatives with broader marketing objectives. Your expertise in analytics, testing, and conversion rate optimization will support smarter decisions and sustainable campaign performance. This remote, full-time opportunity offers an environment where experimentation, collaboration, and continuous learning are encouraged. You will have the opportunity to shape campaign strategies, identify new growth opportunities, and make a tangible impact on digital marketing results.

Accountabilities

As a PPC Specialist, you will oversee the end-to-end management of paid media campaigns, combining strategic planning, hands-on execution, and performance optimization to achieve marketing and business goals.

  • Define campaign objectives, KPIs, audience targeting, budget allocations, and bidding strategies. Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to identify growth opportunities.
  • Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and relevant social media platforms, including search, display, shopping, and remarketing campaigns.
  • Develop compelling ad copy, organize campaign structures, and test different creative variations, extensions, audiences, and messaging to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Track key metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), cost per click (CPC), cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), impressions, and conversions. Adjust bids, budgets, and targeting based on performance insights.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to improve landing pages, forms, messaging, and user journeys. Use analytics and behavioral insights to identify opportunities for higher conversion rates.
  • Implement and maintain accurate conversion tracking, UTM parameters, advertising pixels, Google Analytics, and tag management systems to ensure reliable measurement and reporting.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports, analyze attribution and funnel performance, and present actionable recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor advertising spend, maintain budget pacing, and forecast traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI using historical data and market trends.
  • Share performance insights and best practices across marketing channels, ensuring paid media activities align with SEO, content, and broader digital marketing initiatives.
  • Stay informed about advertising platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies. Test new channels, formats, tools, and automation opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and scalability.
Requirements

We are looking for an analytical, proactive, and results-oriented digital marketing professional with hands-on PPC experience, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to translate campaign data into effective optimization strategies.

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing PPC and paid media campaigns.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, including search, display, and remarketing campaigns.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, tag management systems, conversion tracking, and campaign measurement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and make evidence-based decisions.
  • Excellent written communication and ad-copywriting skills, with an understanding of how messaging influences engagement and conversions.
  • Familiarity with landing page optimization, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, prioritize competing tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and present insights to stakeholders.
  • Curiosity and adaptability, with a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with digital advertising developments.
Benefits
  • Work from anywhere, subject to the role's location requirements.
  • Receive a competitive compensation package.
  • Join a supportive workplace that values diverse perspectives and collaboration.
  • Develop your expertise and progress professionally within digital marketing.
  • Expand your knowledge of advertising platforms, analytics, and performance optimization.
  • Work alongside professionals across performance marketing, content, analytics, and other digital functions.
  • Enjoy a dedicated role with opportunities to contribute to ongoing marketing initiatives and long-term growth.
