Pay Rate: $19 - $20/Hour

Duties: Job Responsibilities:

• Operate communication systems, such as telephone and switchboard Answer incoming calls, greeting callers, providing information, transferring calls and/or taking messages as necessary Route emergency calls appropriately Relay and route written and verbal messages Contact security staff members when necessary

• Can apply knowledge to handle routine problems but often seeks guidance with unfamiliar situations
• Routinely performs work of limited scope and authority to make decisions that instructions and procedures will allow
