As our Patient Account Specialist you will process account payments update insurance and demographic information research payments rebill insurance and work with other departments to resolve issues including adjustments and insurance follow-up.
Every day you will meticulously manage patient accounts ensuring accurate billing and payment processing and collaborate with various internal departments to achieve timely and effective resolution of all account-related concerns. To be successful in this role you will possess strong organizational skills meticulous attention to detail in account processing and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with other departments to resolve complex patient account issues.This position has the ability to work remote 100% for Colorado residents; however will have to go on-site (Mineral campus in Centennial Co.) for in person meetings and or if experiencing Internet or computer issues.
