About the Role:

As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests entering the establishment, playing a crucial role in creating a welcoming and positive first impression. Your primary objective is to manage guest seating efficiently while maintaining a smooth flow of service throughout the dining area. You will coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and accommodate special requests or reservations. Additionally, you will handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy, contributing to an overall exceptional dining experience. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred but not required.

• Basic computer skills for managing reservations and waitlists.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain an organized waitlist and communicate wait times accurately to guests.
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and accommodate special seating requests or reservations.
• Answer phone calls to take reservations, provide information about the menu or restaurant policies, and address guest inquiries.
• Monitor the dining area to anticipate guest needs and assist in resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
